The Notice of Information Practices describes how the Children’s Aid Society collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information in the Child Protection Information Network (CPIN), the provincial information management system.
With limited exceptions, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you that relates to a service provided to you. In the event you wish to see a copy of your personal records or ask for corrections to your personal information that are held by the Children’s Aid Society of Oxford County, please complete the on-line Personal Information Request Form.
