The Children's Aid Society of Oxford County has some of the best volunteers imaginable. They give of their time and of themselves to make what sometimes can be difficult times better for the children and families we serve.

The Society is one of 37 Children's Aid Societies and 10 Aboriginal Child Well-being agencies in Ontario and is mandated under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act of Ontario (CYFSA) to investigate all allegations of child abuse, including neglect, while also providing protection services to children, youth and their families residing in Oxford County.

The Children's Aid Society of Oxford County is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from the local community and is funded by the Ontario government through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

Since 1912, the Ontario Association of Children's Aid Societies (OACAS) has represented Children's Aid Societies in Ontario and provided service in the areas of government relations, communications, information management, education and training to advocate for the protection and well-being of children.

CAS Oxford takes your privacy seriously. Most information available on the website can be accessed anonymously. The only personal information collected from our website visitors is that which is supplied to us voluntarily, and we will endeavour to collect only as much information as is absolutely necessary to assist you in conducting business with the CAS Oxford via the web.

As with most sites, certain non-personal, statistical information may be collected from visitors to our site through the standard operation of our server. For example, site usage and traffic patterns may be monitored.
