The quality of life of children and families will be enhanced through interventions that stop and prevent further child abuse and neglect. Services will be sensitive, effective, and innovative to meet the changing needs of children, families and our community. Administration will promote a cost effective, well co-ordinated and integrated community service. Staff, foster parents, volunteers, and Board members will be skilled, knowledgeable, ethical and effective in their respective roles and responsibilities.
