The Children's Aid Society of Oxford County is at the end of its current Strategic Plan.  As a result, the Board of Directors is currently engaged in a comprehensive Strategic Planning process and is looking forward in developing a proactive plan which will assist the Society in moving forward.  The Centre for Organizational Effectiveness Inc., (CfOE) is assisting with the facilitation of this process.
